Strength and Conditioning
Being strong enough to run well is an hugely important, yet often overlooked part of being a successful runner. If we aren’t strong enough in one area, other muscles have to take up the slack, and, somewhere down the line, this will show up as an injury.
We can help you to reduce that injury risk from the comfort of your own home, using what equipment and space you have access to, whether that’s a fully kitted out gym or a small patch of the living room floor.
Sufficient, and running specific strength is the focus of all our sessions, whether they are one on one programmes or small group classes. We don’t need to be completely ripped to be strong runners – indeed it would likely be counterproductive. We simply need to be strong enough to manage and recover from the running we are doing.
We also get that strength work is not what, as runners, you want to spend your time doing, so we build sessions that are short, simple and as efficient as possible so you get the most bang for your buck.
