Through the week we hold regular strength sessions, and less frequently we hold led runs, workshops and other running sessions. See below for details:
Strength sessions are suitable for all levels of runner, as they can be adapted to what you are capable of right now.
Sessions are currently held outdoors to remain Covid-19 safe (and because the weather is nice!) Heading into winter we will return to indoor classes at Burton Street. To save your space please get in touch.
We can also deliver specific sessions for your group or club – to discuss what we can offer please get in touch.
