Regular sessions

Through the week we hold regular strength sessions, and less frequently we hold led runs, workshops and other running sessions. See below for details:

Strength sessions:

Strength sessions are suitable for all levels of runner, as they can be adapted to what you are capable of right now.

Sessions take place at The Burton Street Foundation, S6 2HH, at 7:30pm on Mondays and 10am on Fridays. To save your space please get in touch.

We can also deliver specific sessions for your group or club – to discuss what we can offer please get in touch.

We currently don’t have anything in the diary, watch this space for workshops as we book them in.
